Its exciting news, we are due to reopen our shop on the 15th of June. Now obviously things will be slightly different, but all the same, it is a step in the right direction for us all.
With that in mind, I wanted to assure everyone, that all of us at Martins Hi-Fi will do their utmost to protect both colleagues and customers alike. Customers who use our car park, will as normal have the barrier opened, but then will be requested to enter the shop via the front door.
When the shop re-opens on the 15th we will be operating a locked door policy, however of course you will be able to come in to see us, but we will need to unlock the door for you. This will enable us to protect staff and customers within our shop environment. You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry, and of course, the two-metre distancing rules will need to be adhered to. We will continue to offer demonstrations on an appointment basis.
We can achieve the social distancing rules within the demonstration room, however, if you prefer you can have sole use of the room, whilst listening to your chosen equipment.
Should you require a home or site visit from one of our engineers, we will, of course, try to accommodate your needs whilst ensuring that our staff and yourselves are protected.
