High End Hi-Fi Sales Consultant Position

Job description
We are looking for a High-End Hi Fi consultant to join our team, offering a personalised sales experience to all of our customers.
Job role:
- Point of contact for customers in store, by phone, email and social media
- Engaging in demonstrations to our customers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Set up and design of the in-store displays and events
- Ordering and booking in of goods
- Provide support to other staff
- Continued training from manufacturers will be provided
- Ability to progress for the right candidate
Skills and experience:
- Competent IT literacy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to high standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team, or individually
- Excellent time keeping
- Full Driving Licence
- Passion for dealing with customers
- Managerial experience
- Relevant experience in at least one of the below:
- High end sales
- Interest in Hi-Fi
- Interest in Music
